Heating treatment
Heat treatments ensures a better spring rate, reduces initial tension and increases the elastic limit. Heat treatment has different effects on different materials. To ensure the right heat treatment on your springs, just give us an call.
Grinding of springs
Grinding of springs is important for having an stable spring. Springs that are grinded are to be sued on surfaces. We always grind our compression springs from 1,0 mm wire thickness. Generally there are four types to close an springs end.
Shot Peening
Shot peening is one aftercare of Tevema. Shot peening springs improves the mechanical properties of our springs. It also increases the resistance to various forms of corrosion, such as stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue. Shot peening can also be used to clean an springs surface from any contaminants.
Multi quality control
You can never have enough quality control. Tevema has quality control on almost every level. Our machines are equipped with automatic control systems that detects and removes any faulty products. After every batch, our springs are inspected by our spring specialists to ensure our machines are still doing their jobs.
